Thank you for your interest in hosting an exhibit booth at the upcoming California Republican Party (CRP) Convention. Individuals and organizations wishing to sell merchandise, collect signatures, distribute literature, or provide information to convention attendees must use this form to request an exhibitor booth at the CRP convention. Space for exhibitors is extremely limited. Please note that submitting a request is not a guarantee for a booth.

Please review the information below regarding applying to be an exhibitor.

Important Deadlines
1.) Request Submission Deadline: Friday, February 27, 2026
2.) Confirmation Notification: Friday, March 6, 2026
3.) Final Payment Due: Friday, March 13, 2026

Prices
   - $1,250 per booth for the weekend.
   - CRP Chartered Volunteer Organizations: $1,000 per booth for the weekend.

Deposit Requirements
A $250 deposit is required with your application.
   - If your request is approved, this amount will be applied to your total amount due.
   - If you cancel before confirmation of your request, the $250 deposit is non-refundable.
   - If you cancel after confirmation of your request, the $250 deposit is non-refundable.
   - If CRP is unable to accommodate your request, your $250 deposit will be refunded.

TriCord Expo Services will provide standard exhibitor services.
Each booth includes:
   - One exhibitor badge (Additional Convention Registration badges can be purchased. Each person at your booth must be wearing a badge)
   - Pipe and drape
   - One 6-foot table with linen
   - Two chairs
   - Printed display sign
   - Waste basket
Do not bring additional tables or display cases that extend beyond your 6-foot table.

Special Requests
Please note any additional space needs or special requests on your exhibitor form.

NOT Included in Booth Cost
   - Storage before or after the event
   - Shipping, receiving, or repackaging services
   - Audio/visual equipment or support

CRP Convention Program

Every registered convention attendee will receive a printed convention program. All confirmed exhibitors will be able to include a quarter-page advertisement in the printed program at no additional charge. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your meeting space request. This convention program was introduced at the last convention and takes the place of the flyers that were placed in attendee bags at past conventions.

Set-Up:
Friday, April 10: 9:00 am – Noon

Exhibit Hours:
Friday, April 10: Noon – 8:00 pm
Saturday, April 11: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday, April 12: 7:00 am – Noon

Tear-Down:
Sunday, April 12: Noon – 3:00 pm
