Cagop convention program
New Feature…CRP Convention Program!
The Fall 2025 Convention will include a new feature…a printed convention program for all registered attendees! The program will feature important information about the convention including schedule and event details.
Please note: This program will replace the flyers that were placed in attendee bags at past conventions.
Listed below are ways that attendees can be a part of this program:
Advertisements:
Do you have a business or a campaign that you’d like to advertise? Consider purchasing an advertisement in the official Fall 2025 Convention program!
Cost:
Quarter-page advertisement - $250 per ad
Half-page advertisement - $500 per ad
Full-page advertisement - $1,000 per ad
Requirements:
- All submissions for the Fall 2025 Convention Program must be approved by the California Republican Party. Any material deemed objectionable or contrary to the party’s bylaws or platform will not be approved. Please upload your final artwork for your ad below by 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 14, 2025.
- Sizes:
- Quarter-page: 4.25×5.5
- Half-page: 8.5×5.5
- Full-page: 8.5×1
- Artwork must be submitted in PDF file, and at least 300dpi (high resolution). Bleeds of .125 are preferred on all sides so that the artwork can bleed off the page.
Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Meeting Hosts:
Convention sponsors and groups that are approved exhibitors and meeting/event hosts at the convention can advertise their organization or event at no additional cost. One, quarter-page advertisement is included in the cost of your sponsorship, exhibit booth or meeting space rental. Meeting/event hosts: Please note that your advertisement must promote the event that you are holding at the convention.
If you would like to purchase larger space in the program, you may do so and pay the difference in the cost of a quarter-page advertisement and the size advertisement you would like to purchase.
We are offering this new, exciting program in lieu of fliers. We will no longer accept separate fliers to be included in attendee bags.
Looking for another way to make your group stand out?
We welcome groups to include a small promotional item in attendee welcome bags! The cost to include the items (provided by you) is $250. Examples include: keychain, button, pen, personalized candy items, cup koozies. We produce 1,000 attendee bags.
*All items must be approved by the California Republican Party.
