Please note, all events at the convention will be 1 hour in length, except evening hospitality events*, which are scheduled 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 pm. The CRP uses convention event space for multiple events throughout the day. You will have access to your event space 15 minutes prior to its start time unless notified otherwise by the CRP Convention Team.

*Hospitality Receptions (6:00PM – 7:00PM and 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM): AV is not provided. All AV arrangements, including microphones, sound systems, specialty lighting, etc., must be made directly with the hotel’s in-house AV company. Contact information to make these arrangements will be shared once the event is approved.

Meetings of 51 attendees or more, that use the standard theater set-up, include a podium and corded podium microphone as part of the meeting room rental fee. Additional AV equipment for these meetings can be arranged through the CRP. Pricing for available items is listed below and is inclusive of labor to set up the equipment. Any AV equipment or services not listed below must be arranged and paid for directly through the hotel’s in-house AV company.

Food and Beverage:
Upon approval of your meeting/event request, your group will be provided with the appropriate contacts at the hotel to order and pay for food and beverage for your meeting/event. The hotel does not allow any outside food or beverage. No Exceptions. If a group brings outside food and beverage into the hotel, the hotel will charge the group a penalty. The hotel will provide necessary deadlines for ordering food and beverage and payment. It is the group’s responsibility to follow these deadlines. The CRP will not be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met for affiliate meetings/events.

The California Republican Party (CRP) is dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive event experience for everyone. The CRP expects all event participants - attendees, staff, exhibitors, speakers, and others associated with the CRP, to act respectfully and professionally, creating a productive and enjoyable event experience.

The CRP does not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Should any event participant experience or witness any form of harassment, the incident should be reported to the CRP Convention Director and Executive Director as soon as possible. Retaliation associated with reporting such incidents is prohibited. Violation of our policy will be taken seriously, and the CRP will respond appropriately, including expulsion from the convention. Registration fees are non-refundable.
