  1. All submissions for the 2026 Convention Program must be approved by the California Republican Party. Any material deemed objectionable or contrary to the party\u2019s bylaws or platform will not be approved. Please upload your final artwork for your ad below by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 18th.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
  2. Sizes:
    1. Quarter-page:<\/em> 4.25×5.5<\/li>
    2. Half-page:<\/em> 8.5×5.5<\/li>
    3. Full-page:<\/em> 8.5×11<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    4. Artwork must be submitted in PDF file, and at least 300dpi (high resolution). Bleeds of .125 are preferred on all sides so that the artwork can bleed off the page.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Convention sponsors and groups that are approved exhibitors and meeting\/event hosts at the convention can advertise their organization or event at no additional cost. One, quarter-page advertisement is included in the cost of your sponsorship, exhibit booth or meeting space rental. Meeting\/event hosts: Please note that your advertisement must promote the event that you are holding at the convention.\n\n

      \nIf you would like to purchase larger space in the program, you may do so and pay the difference in the cost of a quarter-page advertisement and the size advertisement you would like to purchase.\n
