Interested in bringing your message to 1,000+ attendees at the convention? Please read below for deadlines and information on various ways to host an event, meeting, or get the word out about your organization.
/ Meeting or Hospitality Event
Complete the meeting and hospitality event request form by July 25, 2025. Time slots are available Friday and Saturday for meetings and receptions, including limited availability on Friday and Saturday night for large hospitality receptions. Please note that no event will be allowed to conflict with General Session, Friday Chairwoman’s Ball, Saturday Brunch, or Saturday Dinner Banquet.
/ Exhibitor Table
Exhibitor tables are $1,250 for the weekend or $1,000 for CAGOP Chartered Volunteer Organizations. Exhibitors must complete an exhibitor request form by July 25, 2025.
*Please note: Completing the request form for a meeting space or exhibitor table does not guarantee that the CAGOP will be able to accommodate your request. Confirmations for these requests will be sent on Friday, August 1, 2025. The CAGOP will also send notification for requests that are unable to be accommodated.
