Thank you for your interest in hosting an exhibit booth at the California Republican Party Spring 2025 Convention.

Individuals and organizations wishing to sell merchandise, collect signatures, distribute literature, or provide information to convention attendees must use this form to request an exhibitor booth at the CRP convention. Space for exhibitors is extremely limited. Submitting a request is not a guarantee for a booth.

All requests must be received by Friday, January 31, 2025. The CRP will review all requests and will provide confirmation by Friday, February 7, 2025.

All exhibitors must have either an exhibitor badge or be a registered attendee at convention. One exhibitor badge is complimentary with your booth; any additional individuals at the booth must be registered convention attendees. Additionally, all exhibitors must read, agree to, and sign the CRP Exhibitor Policy. The CRP will enforce this policy at the convention.

Exhibitor booths are $1,000 per booth for the weekend. CRP Chartered Volunteer Organizations receive a 20% discounted rate of $800 per booth. We no longer request credit card information on your exhibitor request form. Upon approval of your booth/exhibitor space for the California Republican Party Convention, you will be emailed a secure payment link to submit your fees for your booth. Your space will not be confirmed until your payment is submitted. In addition to your booth space, this fee also covers inclusion of an event flier in the attendee registration bags, if desired.

TriCord Expo Services will again be providing exhibitor services. Each booth space will include pipe and drape, a single 6-foot table, standard linen, two chairs, display sign and a waste basket. Exhibitors are not permitted to bring additional tables or display cases that do not fit on the provided 6 ft. table. If you require additional space or have special space needs, please indicate so on the request form. Please note that the exhibitor booth costs do not include "pre and post" event storage, receiving, packaging, shipping, or audio/visual costs. Set-Up:
Friday, March 14: 9am – Noon

Exhibit Hours:
Friday, March 14: Noon – 8:00pm
Saturday, March 15: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Sunday, March 16: 7:00am – Noon

Tear-Down:
Sunday, March 17: Noon – 3:00pm
