CAGOP Statement on RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel’s Resignation
SACRAMENTO – Today, California Republican Party Chairwoman Jessica Millan Patterson issued the following statement in response to Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel’s resignation:
“Chairwoman McDaniel has been a tremendous ally to California Republicans through the years, providing us with resources and support to help us strengthen our state party and flip five Congressional seats to red in the last two cycles. From the 2020 CA-25 special election victory that started the road to the GOP House majority to opening the 2022 election cycle’s first-in-the-nation RNC Community Center in Little Saigon, she was always responsive to our needs and worked with us to find solutions to move the California Republican Party forward. I am grateful for her friendship and for a leader who endlessly cares about helping Republicans in any state – red, blue or purple. Our Party is better today thanks to the years of service that she gave to the RNC, helping us reach new heights in fundraising, ground game infrastructure, election integrity, community engagement and so much more. I wish her nothing but the best in her next chapter.”
