“Californians saw for themselves tonight how far left the three Democrat radical candidates are willing to go to fight for a spot in the top two general election. Even though as members of Congress they have played an active role in creating our nation’s mounting issues, from soaring inflation to a border crisis, surging crime and weak foreign policy, tonight they doubled down on more of the same failures. Republican Steve Garvey clearly stood out as the only consensus builder candidate on the stage who will bring fresh ideas to Washington to help fix our hurting state and nation. While the Democrats continue to fight one another – draining critical resources from targeted House candidates in the process – Republicans are in a great position to advance to the general election and send the Democrat establishment a clear message that voters are ready for change.”
