A (1)ONE NIGHT NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME YOUR RESERVATION IS MADE.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

RESERVATIONS CANCELED BEFORE FEBRUARY 20, 2013 WILL BE CHARGED A (1) ONE NIGHT FEE. RESERVATIONS CANCELED ON OR AFTER FEBRUARY 20, 2013 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL ROOM NIGHTS ORIGINALLY BOOKED.

***Due to the limited number of room inventory, this policy is being enforced to ensure that guests do not hold multiple reservations and then later cancel rooms that are not being utilized. Booking unnecessary room reservations causes the hotel to sell-out prematurely and prevents other attendees from making reservations.
